ADHD Arcade started at a kitchen table, somewhere between "just start it" and a forty-minute standoff with a school bag. The advice was never the problem. Starting was.
So we built the thing we actually needed: a playground you can open in three seconds, tap twice, and walk away from having done something. No streaks to protect. No guilt screens. No list of eighteen steps when your brain can only see one.
Every tool here follows the same rules: it must work in under a minute, it must be fun, and it must never make anyone feel like a failure for not finishing.

ADHD Arcade is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis or treatment. It's a set of playful supports. If you're worried about yourself or someone you care for, please talk to a GP or a qualified health professional.
