The rest of this site is loud on purpose. This page isn't. Here's what's going on underneath the confetti, in plain language.
Knowing what to do and being able to begin are two different jobs for the brain. A task can feel enormous long before anyone has picked anything up. Nagging adds pressure; pressure makes starting harder. Shrinking the first step is what actually moves things.
A list of eight steps reads as eight chances to fail. I'm Stuck! and Mission Control deliberately show one small action at a time, with a 'make it easier' option that keeps shrinking it until it feels possible.
Five minutes and fifty minutes can feel identical. Beat the Clock and Focus Battle make time visible and a bit silly, so it becomes a race or a story rather than a punishment.
Rage Room gives frustration a harmless cartoon outlet, then gently checks in. Brain Breaks and Focus Zone offer sensory resets when everything is too loud, too bright or too much.
Brains that hear a lot of correction need a lot of genuine celebration. I Did It! exists purely for that — no conditions, no 'but did you also…'.
There is no sign-up, no tracking of individuals, and nothing to buy. Preferences and saved items stay in this device's browser storage. Clearing them is one button in Brain Settings.
ADHD Arcade is not a medical service and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If you have concerns about a child or yourself, your GP or a qualified professional is the right next step.
